Sexual Misconduct in the Non-Discrimination, Harassment, and Sexual Misconduct Policy
The Sexual Misconduct policy applies to Faculty, staff, students, student employees, graduate associates, suppliers/contractors, program participants, volunteers, and visitors.
The Non-Discrimination, Harassment, and Sexual Misconduct Policy includes information specific to sexual misconduct and defines sexual misconduct, including sexual harassment (Title IX), and key terms. It also addresses:
- Medium and jurisdiction;
- Title IX coordinator;
- prohibited romantic and/or sexual relationships;
- employee duty to report;
- confidentiality and privacy;
- retaliation;
- investigation and resolution options;
- remedies;
- false allegations; and
- supportive resources.
